Finally you need to implement a regular exercise program.  Try to get in exercise at least three times per week; like walking, swimming, running, or tennis.

Even if hoodia does help suppress appetite a healthy diet and exercise are needed to promote true health and weight loss.  There are some other products that can help with excess skin after weight loss including body firming creams.
